Wonders of the Modern Age

Feorag writes of a modern Jain temple designed so that the sunlight lights a statue at a particular time. My favourite example of this from modern times is that the whole of Milton Keynes is designed so that at sunrise on Midsummer's day, the sun is aligned directly with Midsummer Boulevard & is reflected in the mirror finish of the railway station.

The thick plottens.... Now to check if any of this is proof of the existence of a baby-eating Satanic conspiracy.

Oh dear - turns out it is proof of an Evil Satanic Conspiracy (TM) after all, and I've substantially expanded my article. And following on from that, I've found a site declaring that the murders of Jessica Chapman and Holly Wells weren't the work of a loon, but a highly symbolic sacrifice to the Goddess. See where you've led me? I'll be updating all night now, rather than getting on with work.

Huh, this actually counts as the first *nice* thing I've heard about Milton Keynes.

And I'd actually want to see it.

Crazy(*waves* and thanks!)Soph
